Alivio started because sleep deprivation is genuinely awful, and yet somehow we've all just accepted it as normal.

I'm the person behind this store, and like a lot of people, I spent years treating bad sleep as something to push through rather than fix.

When I finally started paying attention to what I was sleeping on and with, things changed. Not overnight, but meaningfully. Alivio is my attempt to share what worked. We're not a massive corporation, we're a small operation that cares about what we sell.
